Always Remember Our Fallen Workers

These are the names of the men and women that went to work and never came home at the end of their shift.

These are the men and women that were fatally injured due to a work related incident that was reported to OSHA January 1, 2021- May 1, 2021.

USMWF knows and understands that these are only a few of the names of those that we have lost this year.  As there are many more men and women that succumbed to their work injuries, illnesses and diseases that were out of OSHA's jurisdiction therefore are not listed below.

These are the names of our fallen workers that we will forever remember, recognize and honor.

If you have been affected by a work related incident, illness or disease please know you are not alone.  USMWF offers support, guidance and resources to those affected by work-related injuries, illnesses or diseases. Dedicated to sharing lessons learned that leads a movement of change in promoting actions for safe and healthy working conditions. Through the collective voice of families of fallen workers and other activists, we strive for the elimination and controls of workplace hazards– therefore preventing future tragedies.

If you know of someone that has been lost due to a work related incident, illness or disease and they are not listed below please let USMWF know as we want to make sure every fallen worker is recognized.
